What we process

We process account and contact details, workspace content such as clients, quotes, jobs and invoices, support communications, security and audit records, and technical usage data needed to operate and protect Servio3.

Why we process it

We use this data to provide the service, authenticate users, deliver messages, process subscriptions, track invoice payment status, prevent abuse, support customers, meet legal obligations and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Service providers and transfers

We use hosting and database providers, email delivery providers and Stripe for Servio3 subscription payments. Customer invoice payments are made directly to the invoicing business using the payment details it provides. Some providers may process data outside Switzerland; where required, we use recognised safeguards and disclose the relevant destination countries in our current subprocessor information.

Retention and security

We keep data only as long as required for the service, contractual claims and statutory record-keeping. Backups and audit records may remain for a limited additional period. We use access controls, encryption in transit, logging and other proportionate safeguards.

Your rights

Subject to Swiss law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Servio3 uses essential session and security cookies. We do not deploy optional advertising or analytics cookies on this website unless this notice and the required controls are updated first.
